Scaling global identity through functional design tools and YouTube rebrand.
Google and YouTube were entering a new chapter in their global identity, refreshing their visual systems to better reflect the creator economy and the speed of digital culture. The challenge was not only to adopt the updated guidelines, but to turn them into scalable, functional tools that thousands of internal stakeholders could use.
